MANAGEMENT TEAM

William Widmer, Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

As founder and CEO of the Company and its two operating entities, Oregon Funding Group LLC, and Investment Capital Group LLC, Mr. Widmer has been responsible for the development and growth of each company.  In the first 3.5 years, those companies procured over $20 million in capital, and deployed over $78 million in bridge mortgage financing, making over 400 loans without a single foreclosure.  Mr. Widmer’s formal education coupled with 19 years experience in finance, management, real estate sales, investment and development have provided him with the perfect combination of knowledge and skill necessary for founding and managing a successful real estate bridge financing company.  Mr. Widmer is a licensed loan originator and real estate professional in Oregon and Washington and holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon.

William J. Thale, Chief Financial Officer and Board Member

Mr. Thale has been CFO, CIO and VP of numerous public and private companies in his 20 years of experience.  Mr. Thale served as CFO, CIP, and VP of Praegitzer Industries, Inc. and Praegitzer Design, Inc. (NASDAQ: PGTZ).  Mr. Thale led an investor group acquiring e2E Corporation in January 2000 and served as its CFO until its sale to Plexus Corporation in December 2000.  Mr. Thale next served as CFO of Wells-CTI (f/k/a Antares Advanced Test Technologies) from May 2003 to the present.  With over 20 successful M&A transactions, Mr. Thale has experience from due diligence to integration to financing, relating to deals ranging in size from a few million to over $200 million.  Mr. Thale has experience with a large number of public and private equity and debt transactions.  Mr. Thale holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Washington..

Todd Hager, Interim Chief Credit Officer and Board Member

Mr. Hager brings 20 years of experience in public accounting with a concentration in small business management, wealth management and tax services.  In 1999, Mr. Hager founded and was President of Hager and Vinson Homes, Inc, a custom residential luxury home builder.  The company successfully managed to completion projects with construction costs exceeding $5 million.  Mr. Hager has been a key financial and business advisor to B&W Holdings, LLC, Oregon Funding Group, LLC and Investment Capital Group, LLC since their inception.  Mr. Hager will be administering Fairplay’s credit process for the interim period.  The Company is currently in an aggressive search for a permanent Chief Credit Officer, who is expected to have extensive experience in managing secured loan portfolios.  Mr. Hager graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.

Dr. Ronald Bryant, Board Member

Dr. Bryant was an original investor, co-founder and Chairman of the Company and its two operating entities, Investment Capital Group, LLC and Oregon Funding Group, LLC.  Dr. Bryant holds a BS in Biology from the University of Texas, Arlington; DDS from Baylor Dental College; and an MSD in Prosthodontics from the University of Washington.  As a successful clinician and business owner, Dr. Bryant brings a 33 year tradition of integrity and practical business experience to the Company.
